ELH RESALE LLC buys consumer goods from liquidators, returns processors, retailers clearing overstock, and private sellers. Everything that comes through our door is checked by a human before it is offered for sale.
We are not a marketplace or a dropshipper. We hold the inventory we sell, we grade it ourselves, and we answer the phone when a customer needs us. Our customers are individual consumers buying for themselves and their households.

You always know what you are buying.
Resale only works when the description matches the item. Every listing carries one of three grades plus a written note covering cosmetic condition, included accessories and packaging.
If an item arrives in a condition worse than described, that is on us — contact our team and we will make it right under our returns policy.

It means we buy consumer goods that already exist — surplus, overstock, open-box, customer returns and pre-owned items — then inspect, grade and resell them individually to consumers. We are the seller of record on every order.
Both, and the listing always says which. Grade A items are like new or open box, Grade B are very good with light wear, and Grade C are used with wear described in the listing. Health and personal care items are sold sealed and in date only.
Individual customers in the United States, buying for personal or household use. We do not sell wholesale lots and we do not sell to customers outside the U.S.
